Tom’s Back!

Harrogate osteopath Tom Cree, who has been shielding for the past year, will be returning to work from Monday 29th March. He will be working Monday and Thursday afternoons from 2pm until 6pm. Welcome back Tom!

For those of you that don’t know already Tom Cree uses both structural and cranial osteopathic techniques as well as using acupuncture. His over fifty year career has given him a wide experience both of patients, their problems and the most effective approaches to treatment. He has always believed in working in close cooperation with GPs and other medical professionals allowing patients to get the best possible care. His daughter has continued this connection with the medical profession; both she and her husband are hospital consultants. As well as his work in Harrogate he also contributed to osteopathic education both in this country and abroad for over twenty years.

He worked as an external examiner and moderator for the General Osteopathic Council and has appeared as an expert witness on their behalf. He has examined at the British School of Osteopathy, the London College of Osteopathic Medicine, the European School of Osteopathy and the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has moderated in the final clinical examinations at the Stockholm College of Osteopathic Medicine in Sweden. In addition to this he has acted for the University of Wales in helping to validate the Osteopathic honours degree course at the International Academy of Osteopathy at Ghent in Belgium.

He has always believed that patients are entitled to reasonably priced readily available help given in a professional and ethical manner and has done his best to achieve this over the years.
